Payment
All prices on our website are stated in SEK and include VAT.
We offer secure payment methods via Swish, VISA and Mastercard. To complete your purchase, the payment must be confirmed with Bank ID, which ensures a safe and smooth payment process.
Delivery and Delivery Times
We at DR. Herbals works to process all orders quickly and efficiently. We deliver your products on weekdays and offer two delivery options: directly to your mailbox or to the nearest agent, based on your choice at checkout.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, making it easy to follow your shipment all the way to you.
– Delivery time: Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 is usually delivered the next day, with the exception of public holidays. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 is normally delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or during the weekend will be sent the following Monday.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as volume of orders or unforeseen events affecting transportation.
Shipping costs
– Home delivery: SEK 65 (1-3 weekdays)
– Agent: SEK 85 (1-2 weekdays)
– Free shipping: For purchases over SEK 499.
Age limit
To shop at DR. Herbals you must be at least 18 years old. This ensures that our products are used responsibly and correctly.
Change or Cancellation of Order
Once you have placed your order, we will immediately begin processing it to ensure a prompt delivery. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been started. We recommend that you carefully check your order before completing it. If you need help, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
Return and Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). This applies from the day you received your package. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at [email protected] and return the product in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return costs yourself unless the product is defective.
When returning, it is important that you pack the products well and send them with a trackable delivery. An administrative fee of SEK 250 is added in the event of non-delivery or unclaimed packages. This fee covers our shipping and handling costs.
