General conditions apply when you shop or visit DR. Herbals. This agreement is entered into between you and DR. Herbals.
Payment
All amounts are in EURO incl. VAT.

We accept card payments.
You do this easily and securely with VISA and MASTERCARD.
We also charge with Paypal which is very safe and secure.
Quality and safety is something we at DR. Herbals is very caring, so no data from you is stored on any servers in-house, but everything is saved on secure and protected servers with encrypted communication between both you, us and the database.
We use 3D secure, which is a security solution for payments on the Internet that has been developed by the card networks Visa and Mastercard (3D Secure also goes by the names Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code). In practical terms, 3D Secure means that the card customer, in addition to his card details, must also enter a password to complete his payment.
Delivery and delivery time
Deliveries within Europe – 9 € (delivery time 1 – 4 working days).
As soon as your order is made, it is handled by staff in the office who make sure to send the package immediately. We can thus not guarantee the estimated delivery time as the time may be affected by some external factors that are beyond Dr. Herbal’s specialty. We can thus reserve the right not to reimburse a case that therefore concerns a delay in delivery. When returning packages, the customer takes care of the cost of return shipping.
Please note that your package is sent in collaboration with one of our 3PL partners and may therefore come from different EU countries.
Age limit
For all purchases on DR. Herbals apply to an age limit where you must be 18 years of age. With the parent’s consent, you who are under 18 years of age can shop on our web shop.
Cancellation or change of order
To cancel or change an order, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. You can do this most easily via our live chat or via email at [email protected] It is important that you do this as soon as possible after you have placed your order so that we can change the product. Orders are often sent within 60 minutes and changes or cancellations must be made within this time frame to avoid that we have already sent the product. If you cancel an order that has already been sent, you as a customer will be charged 21 EURO incl. VAT which is a fee that is added for shipping costs, administration, handling and materials.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer with us at DR. Herbals, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To cancel your purchase, you need to contact us within this time frame from the time you receive your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be used.
If the package is returned, we will refund the purchase price, excluding return shipping, provided that the product has not been opened and washed. When returning, you are responsible for the return cost and transport risk, we therefore suggest that you pack your return well and use traceable shipping.
We at DR. Herbals make no open purchase on products where the seal has been broken. We also make no guarantees on opened products. We cannot resell or reuse used products.
Packages returned by freight forwarder
As a result, you as a customer will be charged according to the forwarder’s price list for return to us as the sender. Any shipping costs in connection with the customer’s purchase will not be refunded for returned packages by the forwarder. You will be charged when we credit your order at an administrative surcharge of 15% of the costs according to the model 9 € for shipping costs and unredeemed packages.
Delayed delivery and lost packages
Our applied waiting time is 14 days before we count a shipment as lost and we replace it with a new shipment. If the package is sent back to us by the freight forwarder after 14 days from the date of shipment and is still in the delivery chain, we will reimburse you with a refund of shipping costs.

Customs and legality
You are responsible for customs and legality when you make a purchase on (www.drherbals.eu) as a consumer to check legality and any legal circumstances. DR. Herbals never replaces packages due to customs seizures. We encourage our customers to have a good knowledge of the legislation in the country you are ordering from. In the event of seizure, the package will either be destroyed by customs, or sent back to us. Our CBD oils contain 0.00% THC and do not give any results on drug tests.
